The leak
The building holds 1,200. The website had to catch up.
Families pick a hall from their phones months before they walk into one.
For five decades, word of mouth did the heavy lifting. The same family has run the hall since 1974, hosting weddings, quinceañeras, baptisms, funeral luncheons, corporate galas and celebrations across Albanian, Bosnian, Arab, Chaldean, Indian and Pakistani traditions.
Booking works differently now. A couple builds a shortlist online, and a room that seats 1,200 reads the same as one that seats 80 if the site never says so. A family planning a Bengali wedding wants to see that the hall already knows what that means before they call.
So the brief was a site with the same footprint as the building: a page for every kind of event, every tradition and every town guests come from, published prices, and one next step everywhere, schedule a tour.
