The leak
A network with no showroom has to win on the page.
There’s no storefront and no truck fleet to fall back on. Every request starts with a search.
The question homeowners kept asking Ervin was always the same: who do I call, and is this quote fair? Motown Renovations exists to answer it, free for the homeowner, by matching them with a contractor from a roster he trusts.
That only works if the homeowner finds the network at the moment they’re asking. They search for the job, the price and the town: “kitchen remodel cost,” “roof replacement Troy,” “is vinyl or hardwood better.” A brochure site with a list of services answers none of those.
So the depth sits where homeowners actually search, on cost, process, materials, hiring and comparisons for each trade, instead of multiplying every service by every city into thin pages. Because it’s our own network, the structure is the one we’d recommend to anybody who lives on inbound requests.
