The leak
A studio whose website belonged to its scheduling software.
Booking software is good at schedules. It’s bad at being found.
The studio’s site lived inside its scheduling platform, in that platform’s template, with little room to present each class as anything more than a line in a schedule.
That mattered for search as much as for looks. Someone in Troy typing “reformer Pilates near me” or looking up Lagree classes is searching for something specific, and one general page gives a search engine nothing specific to return. The studio’s real pitch, small classes and real attention, never appeared on a page it controlled.
Booking is the reason studios stay stuck on those platforms. So the brief was plain: give every class its own page, put every price in the open, and keep booking in the system the studio already uses, embedded right on the site.
