The leak
More than 20 treatments, and a visitor who can’t name one.
The leak on a med spa site is almost never traffic. It’s choice.
Somebody arrives wanting better skin, less pain, or to look like themselves again, and meets a menu of clinical names they’d have to research before they could book one. Most people don’t research. They leave, and the spa never learns they were there.
The relaunch also had to hold more than a brochure. Treatments, memberships, financing and gift cards sell at different price points to different people, and a line of professional skincare had to keep selling to clients who aren’t due back for six weeks. All of it on one build, without the store turning the site into a shop that happens to mention treatments.
So the structure does the choosing. Five hubs (face, body, lasers, medical and wellness) group treatments by the outcome somebody is shopping for, a treatment quiz turns “here’s what bothers me” into a specific booking, and every treatment gets a page of its own so it can rank and be linked on its own terms. Live since June 2026.
