The leak
A three-continent career with no front door.
The record was real. It just lived in pieces nobody could hand to an agent.
Donovan’s path isn’t a straight line. Prep ball at Oak Hill Academy, a freshman year at Xavier University of Louisiana, a featured role at Hocking College, then a pandemic stall that he answered by flying to a summer showcase in Valencia and earning his first contract in Spain.
That story sat in Instagram highlights, a few league stat pages and his own memory. An agent checking him out found a feed, not a stat sheet. A Detroit parent looking for a trainer couldn’t tell whether he took clients. Every serious question arrived as a DM, mixed in with everything else.
So the brief was one address for the whole career: who he is, where he’s played, the numbers, what he stands for, and a form that tells him what each message is about before he opens it.
