The leak
Nothing looked broken, so nobody fixed it.
It’s the most common pattern we find in home-service sites.
Top Quality Floors does the kind of work that earns referrals. The trouble was underneath the website. Pages shared titles, so Google couldn’t tell them apart. Service pages had no structured data, so search engines saw plain text where competitors served up detail.
The quieter leak was the forms. When we checked the mail log, estimate requests were split three ways: some to the right inbox, some to a misspelled version of the domain, some to the site builder’s default address. Two forms had no send action at all and dropped every request.
None of it showed on the page. The brief was to fix all of it without redesigning a site the owner was happy with: every title, every service and town page, the markup, and every form.
