Contractor ads · Google and Meta
Contractor ads
that bring leads nobody else gets.
A shared lead goes to you and three other contractors at the same moment, and the fastest phone wins. An ad you run yourself sends the homeowner to you alone. We set up Google and Meta campaigns for your trades and towns, track every call and form, and put the ad accounts in your name.

Where contractor ad money goes
Paying for clicks, and still not knowing what a job costs.
Most contractor ad accounts can report clicks. Very few can say which ad turned into a signed job.
- 01
Shared leads
The same homeowner sold to several contractors, so you’re racing on price before you’ve seen the job.
- 02
The wrong towns
Ads shown well outside the area you actually drive to, paid for either way.
- 03
Landing on the homepage
A roofing ad that lands on a page about everything, so the homeowner leaves.
- 04
No call tracking
Phone calls, often the lead that matters most, never counted at all.
Sound familiar?
The ads guy says it’s working. The schedule says otherwise.
- The lead app
“Called in four minutes. They’d already booked someone.”
- The monthly report
“Twelve hundred clicks. How many were jobs?”
- Later
“Ads just don’t work for our trade.”
They work once you can see what each job cost.
We don’t have a contractor ad result to publish yet, and this page won’t fake one. What we publish instead is the setup: tracking before spend, a page built for the ad, and accounts you own.
An ad is only as good as the page it lands on.
How a setup runs
Four steps, tracking before spending.
- 01
A 30-minute call
Your site, your local search and what a job is worth to you, with a ranked fix list you keep.
- 02
Set a cost-per-job target
What you can afford to pay for a booked job, by trade, before a budget gets set.
- 03
Track, then launch
Call and form tracking live, a landing page for each trade, then campaigns for your towns.
- 04
Cut what doesn’t pay
Spend moved toward the campaigns producing jobs, with the accounts documented for you.
Proof, before the pitch
Real evidence should survive an incognito window.
Result one
A Troy med spa we relaunched, already winning its market.
Rêve came to AlbaTech for a full relaunch. We rebuilt the site, the local-search foundation and the review engine together, and the treatments people actually search for now surface the business.
- Search: med spa troy
- Market: Troy, Michigan
- Result: first web result
- First web result under the map, and it holds that spot every time we check
- In the map pack too, highest rated of the three at 5.0 from 111 reviews
- Also in the pack for botox troy and laser hair removal troy

Result two
Our own studio, first for “microblading Michigan”.
Fine Strokes is our own studio. We built the website and the local search setup around the service customers actually search for. We ran the method on our own business before we sold it to anyone.
- Search: microblading Michigan
- Market: Birmingham, Michigan
- Result: first position shown

What’s included
Three parts of a contractor ad setup.
Setup runs $1,500 to $3,000 for one platform, or $3,000 to $5,000 and up for Google and Meta together. Your ad budget is separate and paid to the platform.
Homeowners looking right now
Google campaigns for the jobs you want, in the towns you serve.
A landing page per trade
Roofing ads land on roofing, with your photos and a quote button. See contractor web design.
Calls and forms counted
Every call and quote request tied back to the campaign that produced it.
The rules
Three rules for contractor ad spend.
They slow down the launch. They save the budget.
- Order
No ads before the page converts
Paid traffic to a page that can’t turn it into a call is money spent twice.
- Tracking
No campaign without call tracking
Calls get counted, or the campaign doesn’t start.
- Ownership
Your ad accounts
Billing, history and every campaign stay with your business.
The honest receipt
No contractor ad numbers yet. Here’s what we do have.
Our published proof is organic: Fine Strokes, our own studio, first for “microblading Michigan”, and Rêve Medical Spa in the Troy map pack at 5.0 from 111 reviews. That’s organic proof, not ad proof. For contractors specifically, this site’s own Search Console shows the demand we’re building toward.
- “contractor seo detroit”: 51 impressions, position 29.5
- “contractor marketing michigan”: 3 impressions, position 18.7
- Cost per job from a contractor campaign: not published, because we don’t have one to show
When a contractor campaign gives us a number we can show you, it goes here.
Fix my marketing leaksThis site’s own Search Console export. Organic numbers, not ad results.
Common questions
About contractor ads.
How much do contractor ads cost to set up?+
Setup runs $1,500 to $3,000 for one platform, or $3,000 to $5,000 and up for Google and Meta together. The ad budget is separate and goes straight to the platform.
How is this different from buying leads from a lead app?+
Lead apps can sell the same homeowner to several contractors. A lead from your own ad comes only to you, and you can see exactly which ad produced it.
Google or Facebook?+
For most trades, Google search first, because it reaches homeowners already looking. Meta works for showing finished projects to people nearby. We’ll recommend the mix on the call.
Do I need a better website first?+
Often, yes. An ad converts only as well as the page it lands on, so if the page is the problem we fix that before spending on clicks.
What we turn down
We won’t spend your budget blind.
- No ads pointed at a page that can’t convert
- No campaign without call and form tracking
- No ad account registered to us
- No invented cost-per-job claims
The ownership promise
Your accounts, your history.
Google and Meta ad accounts, tracking and the campaign notes are set up under your business. If we stop working together, you keep all of it running.
