Conversion-ready websites
that make the phone ring.
Most small business websites in Michigan look fine and still lose the customer. We build the one that loads fast on a phone, says what you do in one read, and puts your number one tap away.

Why good-looking sites still lose
Four ways a website leaks customers.
A website doesn’t fail loudly. It sends people back to the search results, where your competitor is waiting, and nothing on your end tells you it happened.
- 01
It loads too slowly
On a phone, on data, people hit back before a single word shows up.
- 02
It buries the offer
A visitor can’t tell what you do, where you do it, or what happens next.
- 03
It hides the next step
No obvious call, no simple form, or the phone number sits three clicks deep.
- 04
It proves nothing
No reviews, no real photos, nothing that tells a stranger you’re worth the risk.
Sound familiar?
You’ve pulled up your own site on your phone.
- At the counter
“Still loading. And that’s my own website.”
- A customer on the phone
“They couldn’t find our hours. They’re on there. Somewhere.”
- The agency’s last email
“Your new site is live! That was months ago. Same phone, same slow weeks.”
- Later
“Maybe nobody looks at websites anymore.”
They look. Then they leave, and nothing tells you they were there.
A slow page or a buried phone number doesn’t send you a complaint. It sends the customer back to Google and the next name on the list. Without tracking, you can’t even see it happening.
A website with no tracking can’t tell you it’s losing jobs.
The honest version
You might not need a new website at all.
This is the part most agencies skip, because the rebuild is the bigger invoice. About 1 in 5 of the sites I review end with me telling the owner not to rebuild. Plenty are three fixes away from working: compress the images, move the phone number up, put the reviews where people actually look.
- Fix it
The bones are fine
It loads reasonably, works on a phone, and you can edit it. It just looks dated and buries the offer. That’s a copy and layout problem, and it’s cheap to solve.
- Rebuild it
The platform fights you
It’s slow no matter what you do, breaks on a phone, nobody can edit it without a developer, or Google can’t make sense of the structure. Patching that costs more over a year than replacing it once.
- Leave it
It’s already working
If the phone rings and the tracking proves the site is doing its job, we’ll tell you to spend the money somewhere else. That happens more often than you’d think.
Proof, before the pitch
Real evidence should survive an incognito window.
Result one
A Troy med spa we relaunched, already winning its market.
Rêve came to AlbaTech for a full relaunch. We rebuilt the site, the local-search foundation and the review engine together, and the treatments people actually search for now surface the business.
- Search: med spa troy
- Market: Troy, Michigan
- Result: first web result
- First web result under the map, and it holds that spot every time we check
- In the map pack too, highest rated of the three at 5.0 from 111 reviews
- Also in the pack for botox troy and laser hair removal troy

Result two
Our own studio, first for “microblading Michigan”.
Fine Strokes is our own studio. We built the website and the local search setup around the service customers actually search for. We ran the method on our own business before we sold it to anyone.
- Search: microblading Michigan
- Market: Birmingham, Michigan
- Result: first position shown

What you actually get
A site built around how a customer decides.
Every build starts with the path a real buyer takes, from the search that found you to the moment they pick up the phone. Website builds start at $3,500 and typically take 3 to 6 weeks, and the site, the domain and every login stay in your name.
Fast on a real phone
On data, not just on your office WiFi.
Compressed images, clean code and a layout that shows up right away, because the first few seconds decide the rest. We test on a real phone on cellular, not on a fast connection in a browser tab.
- Built for the phone first
- Speed checked on cellular
- Clean heading structure
- Code that tells Google what you do
Copy that says what you do
What you offer, where you offer it, and why you.
Plain language a busy owner gets on one read, with the proof sitting next to the claim instead of a page away. No slogans that could belong to any business in your industry.
- Offer and page structure
- Reviews and real photos
- Service-area pages
- Written in your voice
One obvious next step
Click to call and a short form, repeated where people decide.
No wall of buttons. One action, placed where visitors actually reach it, on a page that still works one-handed on a couch at 9pm.
- Click-to-call everywhere
- Short forms that work
- Booking that fits your tools
- Repeated at decision points
Tracking before launch
You’ll know which pages produced the calls.
Calls and forms tracked from day one, so nobody has to guess whether the new site is doing anything. If we can’t measure it, we can’t claim it worked.
- Call and form tracking
- A lead event for every form
- Search Console and analytics
- Reports you can read
How the build runs
Five steps, in this order, every time.
Step five is where rebuilds usually break things. When we rebuilt the Albanian American Chamber of Commerce site in Troy, every existing member subscription came through with its Stripe billing intact.
- 01
Review
We walk the current site, the search presence and the tracking, then rank what’s costing you the most.
- 02
Map the path
We agree what a visitor should do, and which pages exist to get them there. Structure before pixels.
- 03
Write it
Copy first, in your voice, with the real proof. The design gets built around finished words.
- 04
Build and test
Phone first, on a real device, with speed and every form checked before anything goes live.
- 05
Launch and hand over
Redirects in place so you keep your rankings, tracking verified, then every login documented and handed to you.
The cost of leaving it
A slow site charges you rent every month.
The expensive part of a broken website isn’t the rebuild. It’s the year you spend paying for traffic that bounces, while a competitor two towns over takes the calls you should have had.
- Every paid click that lands on a slow page is money already spent
- Every visitor who can’t find your number was a call you earned and lost
- Google keeps ranking the faster, clearer site above yours
- Nobody complains, they just leave, so it never looks like a problem
Already paid for a website that didn’t bring in work? That’s usually who books this call.

Who we build these for
Local businesses where one job is worth real money.
The math only works when one customer is worth enough to justify the build. That’s most of the trades and most of the appointment businesses we work with across Metro Detroit, from Troy to Birmingham.
- Trades and home services
Contractors, roofers, plumbers
The homeowner compares three of you before calling one.
They want real jobs, real reviews and a number they can tap. Shared-lead apps sell that same homeowner to your competitors, so owning the search is how you stop bidding against yourself.
- Appointment businesses
Med spas, PMU studios, clinics
Trust decides it, because they’re letting you near their face.
Before and afters, credentials, reviews and a booking path that works at 9pm. Instagram shows the work to people who already follow you. The site catches the ones searching right now.
- Professional services
Firms and consultants
The site has to sound like the person they’ll actually deal with.
Clear positioning, plain language and proof that survives a skeptical read, because the buyer is usually researching you quietly before they ever reach out.
- Not a fit
When we say no
Some businesses shouldn’t buy a website from anyone right now.
If a customer is worth twenty dollars, or the phone already rings more than you can handle, a rebuild is the wrong spend. We’ll say that on the call instead of taking the work.
What we turn down
We’ll tell you when you don’t need a rebuild.
- No rebuild when the current site can be fixed
- No ads pointed at a site that can’t convert
- No redesign without tracking in place first
- No recommendation based on the easiest service to sell
The ownership promise
No hostage accounts. No mystery handoff.
Your domain, website, analytics, advertising accounts, data and documentation stay in your name. If we stop working together, nothing breaks and nothing gets held over you.
Common questions
Stuff you’re probably wondering.
Do I need a full rebuild?+
Often no. Some sites need three fixes and an afternoon. The review tells you which one you’re looking at before you spend anything, and we’ll say so plainly if a rebuild would be a waste.
What does a website cost?+
Website builds start at $3,500. Where yours lands depends on how many pages you need and how much of the content already exists, and it gets scoped on the call before you pay anything.
How long does a build take?+
Typically 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the size of the site and how ready the content is. You get the timeline before the work starts, and it’s usually the content that sets the pace, not the build.
Will I own the website?+
Yes. The domain, the site, the accounts, the data and the logins are yours, and they stay yours if we stop working together. No platform you can only rent from us.
What happens to my Google rankings?+
We keep the URLs that already earn traffic and redirect anything that changes, so the history you built doesn’t get thrown away. That mapping happens before launch, not as a cleanup afterward.
Can I edit it myself?+
Yes. You get a site you can update without calling anyone, plus a walkthrough of how to do the common jobs like hours, services and photos.
Do you write the content?+
We do, in your voice, based on how you actually talk about the work. You review it before it ships, and nothing goes live that you wouldn’t say out loud.
What about hosting and maintenance?+
You own the hosting account. We can look after updates and backups if you’d rather not think about it, but it’s optional and it’s never a condition of keeping your site.
How do I know it worked?+
Tracking goes in before launch, so you can see calls and form fills by page. If the numbers don’t move, we’ll tell you that too.
