The AI folder · Three ways to get it

AI folder structure

so your AI stops starting from zero.

Your AI doesn’t know you. That’s the whole problem. Every morning you open a blank chat and explain your business, your voice, your prices and your rules again. The folder fixes that once. Take it free and build it yourself, have me build it from your answers, or spend an hour with me and we build it together.

Three ways, same folder

Free if you build it. $67 if I build it. $497 if we build it together.

Free · As promised

$08 files · yours to keep

Download it here and build it yourself.

The router, the process registry, two working skills, and one filled-in example so it’s not abstract. The same structure I run about thirty client projects on, not a sample. Answer the ten questions yourself and fill in the files.

One email with the folder, then a few notes on how it’s wired. Leave whenever you want.

Done for you · $67

$67one time · back in 2 business days

Ready to drop in, built from your answers.

Don’t want to write it yourself? Answer ten questions and I’ll write the files from what you actually said: how you talk, what you charge, the words you’d never use.

Have me build it

If it doesn’t sound like you, I rewrite it. Or refund you.

Built with you · $497

$497one hour · done when we hang up

A memory structure made only for you.

One hour, just us. I ask the questions out loud and we build it together, shaped around how you actually work, not a template with your name dropped in. You correct me as I go and hang up holding the finished folder.

Book the hour

Same deal: it sounds like you, or you get your money back.

Why this exists

I built this because I needed it.

I run about thirty client projects, and I can’t hold that much in my head between sessions. So I stopped trying.

I wrote the whole thing down instead: a router file, a registry of every process I use, a rules folder, and a log of every way I’ve quietly broken a website. Now I open one chat and the system already knows. It remembers so I don’t have to.

That’s the folder you’re looking at. Not a course about it, the actual thing, in plain markdown. It works in a Claude Project, a ChatGPT Project or a Gemini Gem. Drag, drop, done. No install, no code, no terminal, no subscription.

Which one is for you

You’re paying for the writing, not for access.

Free

Do it yourself

Grab it above, answer the ten questions on your own and fill in the files. It costs an email address, because that’s how I send it. If you enjoy writing about your own business, this is the whole product and you should keep your money.

$67

Done for you

You answer ten questions in a form. I read your actual answers and write every file: your voice, your prices, your rules, the words you’d never use. The finished folder comes back within two business days.

$497

Built with you, live

Sixty minutes on a call. I ask the questions instead of you typing them, and we build the folder while we talk. You hang up with the finished thing, nothing to wait for, nothing to review later.

Nothing withheld

What’s actually different

The free version is the real structure. The hard part isn’t the folders. It’s describing your own voice well enough that a machine can copy it.

The call

Why the call costs more

Nobody describes their own voice accurately. In a form you write what you think you sound like. On a call I hear the throwaway sentence you didn’t think mattered, and that’s usually the one that goes in the file.

Keep your money

Who should take the free one

If you enjoy this kind of work, take it free. Plenty of people do and end up with something better than I’d have written, because they know their business and I’m reading ten answers.

The $67 version

How it actually runs.

  1. 01

    Pay the $67

One time, through Stripe. No subscription, nothing recurring, no upsell waiting on the other side.

  2. 02

    Answer ten questions

The form opens right after payment, under ten minutes. One question asks you to paste three things you’ve actually written. That’s the one that matters most.

  3. 03

    I build it

Not a template with your name dropped in. I read your answers and write each file from them: voice, offers, rules, the five DM questions you keep answering.

  4. 04

    It lands in your inbox

Within two business days. Unzip it, drop it into your AI, and it starts every chat already knowing you.

The ten questions

Nothing here is a trick question.

Read them before you pay. If reading them makes you want to do it yourself, that’s a completely fine outcome.

  1. What do you do, and who for?
  2. Paste three things you’ve actually written
  3. What do people get wrong about your work?
  4. Your services and prices, and your deposit policy
  5. The five questions you answer over and over in DMs
  6. What makes you different from the place down the street?
  7. Words, phrases or looks you’d never use
  8. Colors and fonts, or a link to something you love
  9. How much do you want to post, realistically?
  10. What should your AI never do without asking?

Question two does the heavy lifting. Three real captions tell me more about how you sound than any adjective you could pick from a list.

What you get back

A folder, not a document.

START-HERE.md

The file you paste first

Every time. It points the AI to everything else, so you never explain the structure.

Voice

How you actually talk

Written from the three things you pasted, including the words you refuse to use.

Offers and rules

Your prices and hard lines

Services, prices, deposit policy, and the lines it never crosses: never quote a price, never promise a time, never DM anyone.

Answers

The five DM questions

The ones you answer every week, written once, so the AI handles them in your words instead of inventing its own.

$497 · Built with you

An hour on a call, and you hang up holding it.

Same ten questions, asked out loud. The difference is that I can follow up.

When you say “I just tell them it takes longer than they think,” I stop you, because that sentence is your voice and you’d never have typed it into a form. We build the folder while we talk. You watch it get written, correct me when a line doesn’t sound like you, and leave with the finished thing.

Take this one if you’ve tried to write about your own business before and ended up sounding like a brochure. Most people do. It’s much easier to just talk.

Common questions

About the folder.

Is the free one crippled so I’ll pay?+

No, and it would be a stupid way to run this. The free folder is the real structure with one filled-in example, not a preview of it. It costs you an email, and the download link shows up on screen as soon as you send it, so you’re not waiting on an inbox. What you buy for $67 is my time writing your files from your answers, not access to something the free version holds back.

Do I need to be technical?+

No. It’s plain text files in a folder. You upload it to a Claude Project, a ChatGPT Project or a Gemini Gem the same way you’d attach a photo. No install, no code, no terminal.

Which AI does it work with?+

The ones people actually use: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini. It’s plain markdown on purpose. Anything that reads uploaded files can read it, and you’re not locked to whichever one is best this month.

How long until I get it?+

Within two business days of you submitting the ten answers. If something in your answers is unclear, I’ll email you a question rather than guess. Guessing is how you end up with a folder that sounds like everyone else.

What if it doesn’t sound like me?+

Tell me and I’ll rewrite it. If it still misses, I refund you. The whole product is “it sounds like you.” If it doesn’t do that, it isn’t worth $67 and I’d rather have the feedback.

Is the $497 call worth it over the $67 form?+

Only if writing about your own business is the part you dread. If you can paste three captions and describe what you’d never use, the $67 version gets you there and you should take it. The call is for people who freeze at the form. It’s much easier to answer out loud, and I can chase the good sentence you didn’t know you said.

What actually happens on the $497 call?+

Sixty minutes, screen shared. I ask the ten questions, you talk, and I write the files as we go. You correct anything that doesn’t sound like you on the spot. At the end you have the finished folder. There’s no second appointment and nothing to wait for.

Do you keep my answers?+

Only long enough to build your folder and handle a rewrite if you want one. They’re not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not used to train anything.

Ready?

Ten questions, and you stop starting from zero.

$67 one time. If the folder I send back doesn’t sound like you, tell me and I’ll rewrite it, or refund you, no argument. Same promise on the $497 build.
