Who runs this site
This site is run by AlbaTech Services LLC, a marketing agency at 33277 Woodward Ave, Suite B, Birmingham, MI 48009. When this policy says “we” or “us,” it means AlbaTech Services LLC.

Information you give us
We only get this information when you choose to send it:
- Contact and booking forms. Your name, email, phone number, what you need help with and your message.
- The free AI visibility audit form. Your name, business name, website, email and phone number.
- The chat assistant. The messages you type, and your name, email or phone number if you choose to leave them.
- The ONBOARD email list. Your email address, so we can send the folder and occasional updates.
- ONBOARD purchases. The answers you give on the intake form after buying, plus a payment reference so we can match your order.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one records some information when you visit:
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics and AnalyticsWP to see which pages people visit, how they arrived, what device and browser they used, their approximate location (city level, from the IP address) and actions such as submitting a form or tapping the phone number.
- Security and server logs. Our host and security tools record IP addresses and requests to keep the site running and block attacks.
We don’t use this information to identify you personally, and this site doesn’t use advertising pixels, such as Facebook’s, to follow you around other websites.
How we use your information
- To answer your message, prepare for your call and provide the services you ask for
- To deliver ONBOARD products you signed up for or bought
- To send emails you asked for, each with a way to unsubscribe
- To understand which pages help people and improve the site
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Service providers who handle it for us
We use a small number of companies to run the site. They process information on our behalf to provide their service:
- SiteGround hosts the website and its database.
- Google provides Google Analytics and the email system that delivers form messages to us.
- ShortPixel optimizes and delivers the site’s images.
- Vercel and Supabase run the chat assistant and store its conversations and any contact details left in it.
- Anthropic provides the AI model that writes the chat assistant’s replies, so your chat messages are sent to it to generate an answer.
- Stripe processes ONBOARD payments. We never see or store your card number.
We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies to tell one visit from another. The site itself uses a few cookies to work properly, for example to keep security checks running.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. Google also offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and inquiries for as long as they’re useful for working with you and for our business records, and email list entries until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics settings. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
Your choices
- See, correct or delete your information. Email support@albatechservices.com and tell us what you’d like. We may need to confirm it’s you first.
- Stop emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us.
- Limit analytics. Block cookies in your browser or use Google’s opt-out add-on.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. Contact us and we’ll help.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS, access to our systems is limited to the people who need it, and our hosting includes security monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
